Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Brinjal -6 nos (make two slits keeping it joint from bottom. Divide into four parts then sprinkle some salt and turmeric powder keep aside)


  • Oil - 2 tbsp


  • Onion - 1 slices


  • Garlic- 8 cloves


  • Ginger - 1/2"


  • Garam masala powder - 1 tsp


  • Cashew nuts - 6 nos


  • Tomato- 1 slices


  • Milk - 1 cup


  • Salt to taste 1 tsp


  • Sugar 1 tsp


  • Red chilli- 2 nos


  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp


  • Cumin powder -1 tsp


  • Kasuri methi - 1 tsp


  • Curd - 4 tbsp

Directions

  • Take oil in a microwave safe bowl and place the Brinjals , cook in crisp mode for 3 minutes then flip the Brinjals and again cook in the same mode for about 2 minutes.
  • Then discard the Brinjals , and keep aside.
  • Take the same bowl ,add onion slices, garlic, ginger, cashew nuts, chilli, tomato slices, salt to taste roast them together in crisp mode for about 5 minutes
  • Then grind to a fine paste with adding with curd.
  • Pour the mixture into the bowl add Brinjals ,milk , sugar , kasuri methi, mix well cook for same mode for 2 minutes , stand by for 5 minutes. Than ready to serve.
